What are the benefits of BOLT’s senior debt product?

We offer a flexible tenor up to a maximum of 7 years

Purchasers can borrow for the minimum of six months up to a maximum of seven years.

Up to 75% LTV/LTC/LTR.

BOLT offers up to 75% LTV/LTC/LTR (loan to value / loan to cost / loan to reserve price) for sales by private treaty or auction finance. We will consider other unencumbered assets, available as security in final LTV/LTC/LTR calculation.

On a deal specific basis, BOLT Capital is in a position to offer borrowers facilities which are interest only and non recourse.

Auction Finance

Our senior product has also been adapted to offer auction finance.

Working with Allsop and QRE (part of the Space Property Group) we are introducing a unique Auction Finance senior debt product in Ireland for Allsop and QRE Auctions. We offer Allsop and QRE customers a fast and flexible pre-approved, non-recourse, auction finance facility.

This gives you certainty prior to auction on a level of funding available on a particular lot (subject to terms & conditions), offering the potential to leverage your buying power against additional assets. Confirm funding before, during or after an auction with a fast decision – ideal when you have only days to complete the deal.
