BOLT Capital is developing a Mezzanine, or 2nd Lien Mortgage product, also known as ‘2LM’. Our Mezzanine product will be structured as a loan secured against a second-charge lien on the investment property.

BOLT Capital can opportunistically combine senior and mezzanine financing products to provide borrowers with higher levels of leverage. Typically, BOLT will provide funding solutions in the €1m – €15m mezzanine space.
